Your Professional Housing Consultant will perform a free credit analysis to see what kind of home will fit your budget and your needs. There is an assortment of models and floorplans to walk through and a variety of options to choose from to ensure your new home has everything you want.
Once you have selected your dream home, our consultants will help you to complete your bank application and find the best possible financing options available to you. Together you will review your loan approval and any land improvement bids that might be required for your new home-site. Titan provides turn-key services so that means we’re here to help with your new home, your new land, and any land improvements that are necessary. We will obtain bids for any land services that are necessary and review those with you, along with your loan approval. Once you have reviewed and agreed to the details, we will place the order for your new home.
At the time your new home is ordered, the manufacturer will begin the building process. Building and delivery timelines vary by manufacturer and home design. On average, your home will be ready within 2-3 months. The final step is to close on your new home! Once the final closing paperwork is signed, the keys will be handed over to you and your home will be ready for move in!
